HH Lier · Clinical Outcomes
Patient-reported outcomes for HH Lier clinical care flows (PRP + ESWT)
Patient-reported outcomes for HH Lier clinical care flows (PRP + ESWT)
Includes both PRP and ESWT care flows. Combined cohort of 18 unique patients across both definitions.
PGIC is an 8-point asymmetric scale: 1 worse (0), 3 no-change flavors (1-3), 1 marginal improvement (4), and 3 meaningful improvement levels (5-7). The bucketing groups these into 4 outcome categories for the panel. Denominator = past-8wk care flows with a PGIC reading — INDEPENDENT of paired-PROM cohort.
60% reported any improvement (meaningful or marginal)
care flows started in period
60 of 215 enrolled gave a baseline PROM
18 of 60 past-8wk baseliners paired
rated ≥5 of 7 at follow-up (n=25/45)
Improvement Δ is direction-normalized so positive always means improvement. For SPADI + PRTEE (lower-is-better), Δ = baseline − follow-up. For VISA-A/P/G, HOS, FAAM (higher-is-better), Δ = follow-up − baseline. Cohorts with fewer than 3 paired completers are shown but flagged as low-confidence.
